A judging panel consisting of a representative from the Mayor's office, the County's office, economic development professionals from the 10-county region and the Houston's Greatest subcommittee members will vote to determine the following winners in the following categories: non-profits, Lifetime Achievement, Emerging Leader, Economic Development Ally and the corporate honorees. The People's Choice awards will be determined by the Houston community via on-line, text messaging and other voting means.
